McCoy Research Insights publishes short, readable accounts of faculty research for people who run organizations. Each piece starts from a peer-reviewed article or working paper and answers one question: what should a manager do differently?

- 800 to 1,200 words on a single study, written by staff with faculty review.

- 20 to 30 minute conversations with the researcher.

- Five to seven minute explainers for social and course use.

- Quick lists drawn from a study or a body of work.
Every piece names the faculty member whose research it draws on and links to the source paper. Articles are written by staff and reviewed by the researcher before publication.
For faculty
If you have a published paper or a working paper with a finding that practitioners can act on, we want to hear about it.
- Send the paper, or a link to it, to the editorial team with two or three sentences on what a manager should take from it.
- A staff writer drafts a summary and sends it to you for review. Expect a first draft within three weeks.
- You approve the final text. Nothing is published without the researcher's sign-off.
Podcast and video pieces follow the same review step, using a recorded conversation in place of a draft.
